The phenomenon of veiled women in the workplace highlights the dynamics of acceptance and rejection associated with religious and cultural identity in professional settings. This study aims to explore the social realities experienced by veiled women in the workplace, focusing on the factors influencing their acceptance and rejection. Through a qualitative approach, the research analyzes the interaction between individual, organizational, and cultural factors that shape attitudes toward veiled women. The findings reveal that acceptance of veiled women is often influenced by inclusive attitudes at the individual level and company policies that support diversity. However, rejection persists due to negative stereotypes and misunderstandings about religious attributes, often exacerbated by unsupportive organizational cultures. This study recommends raising awareness of inclusivity in the workplace, developing policies that are friendly toward religious attributes, and strengthening communities of veiled women to support their career advancement. Consequently, the workplace can become a more inclusive space for veiled women, appreciating diverse identities without diminishing their professional growth opportunities.
