This research aims to describe the strategy of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in enhancing the economy of the community in Rora Village, Donggo District, Bima Regency. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach was used, oriented towards natural facts. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data consists of primary and secondary data. The collected data was then analyzed, and its validity was tested using the triangulation method. The research results show that the strategy of BUMDes in Rora Village, by providing business capital assistance, successfully improved the community's economy, both in terms of income and management. Although there are still challenges in the quality of human resources in managing BUMDes, overall, BUMDes in Rora Village operates well. The village government and BUMDes management are also able to provide significant support in helping improve the village community's economy.
