Efforts And Strategies To Grow Reading Interest Among Students And The Community Of Aceh Besar Regency

Abstract

Abstract .This research was conducted in Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province using primary data. The sample (N) used was 25 people. The calculated r value was 7.842012 with α=5% and df (2) r-table = 0.3365. Therefore, the calculated r > r table is valid and reliable concerning the variables of effort and reading interest. The calculated r value was 0.703481 with α=5% and df = 2, r-table = 0.3365. Thus, the calculated r > r table indicates that the research data is valid and reliable regarding the variables of strategy and reading interest. The F test was 4E-31 with α=5 and df (2) so F table = 0.3031. Therefore, the calculated F > F table is significant and has an effect on the variables of effort and strategy related to reading interest among students and the community in Aceh Besar Regency. Based on the calculations carried out, the hypothesis test can be partially analyzed or the t-test yields a value of 0.2596 (α=40%) and df (2) so that t-table = 0.256. Thus, the calculated t > t-table means it is significant and has an effect on the business variable related to reading interest among students and the public in Aceh Besar Regency. The t-test result obtained is 0.0229 (α=40%) and df (2) t-table = 0.256. Therefore, the calculated t < t-table is not significant and has no effect on the strategy variable related to reading interest among students and the public in Aceh Besar Regency.
